The focus of Wholesome Healing is to help clients maintain wellness, manage stress, recover from injury or illness, and maximize their athletic performance. Along with Swedish massage, acupressure and deep tissue work, Melissa often incorporates Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy and range of motion exercises into the massage session in an effort to bring the client into a state of deep relaxation where healing can take place.
