Denise is a certified, licensed Massage Therapist. She practices: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Tui Na, Hot Stone therapy, Pregnancy and Touch For Health modalities. She is networked with Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Nutritionists and Sports Medicine healthcare professionals.

Denise is licensed in Poway and San Diego, California and is certified by The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

After completing a Touch for Health workshop 30 years ago, Denise's interest in bodywork began and she realized her natural aptitude for massage. Her genuine caring for people and their well being led to her graduation from the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2001.

This philosophy of client care has made her a valued and popular massage therapist. She believes that true healing comes from within and works to facilitate an environment of healing for each individual. Denise's considerable knowledge and experience is an asset to her clients.
