I coach clients in stress management and self care, provide clarity and support in starting businesses and dream projects, as well as being an invaluable guide through life's major transitions.

The methods I use support you in mastering your natural ability to consciously create whatever is most important to you. You also naturally transform your relationship with yourself and others through deepening your experience of your own essence.

During our session I guide you into a meditative state, so you can easily bypass your analytical mind and tap into your intuitive wisdom. When you are relaxed, it is much easier to let go of non-productive thinking patterns and emotions that cause struggle, suffering and confusion. You learn how to guide yourself into a relaxed state and how to connect with your inner knowing for guidance and direction throughout your day. Through coaching you discover the steps to take to experience positive change in your life.
