What are the benefits of the infrared

sauna?

Burns calories and controls weight

As you relax in the gentle heat of the sauna, your body is actually hard at work, producing sweat, pumping blood - and burning calories. According to a Journal of the American Medical Association report, in a single sauna

session you may burn as many calories as you would rowing or jogging for 30 minutes. So you lose weight - not just water.

New! Aqua Massage Beds Available

Health care and wellness issues are at the forefront of consumer consciousness. As insurance and medical costs continue to rise, millions of Americans are taking an active role in getting and staying healthy.

A leading report issued by the U.S. Surgeon

General reported that life expectancy rates are rising with a focus on better health and pre-operative alternative therapy.

Increasingly, these consumers are turning to alternative therapies, and in particular massage, to release tension, soothe aching muscles, and relieve pain associated with ailments such as Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

Studies have shown that people who receive regular massages enjoy stronger immune systems, fewer stress injuries, and better mental health.

Among medical practitioners, massage ranks highly as an effective integrative and complementary modality , and more doctors are recommending massage as an adjunct to conservative care.

Aqua Massage offers the premiere standard and the finest, most innovative dry water massage system available.

Aqua Massage is perfect for:

• Clients with hectic schedules: An aqua massage yields the benefits of traditional hour massage in only 15 minutes.

• Clients who don't want to undress: The client is fully clothed throughout the session.

• Clients who prefer not to be touched: No

physical contact with the client is necessary to

initiate or complete the session.

• Clients who prefer to control their massage experience: The adjustable touch-pad control gives the client autonomy.
