I specialize in helping people connect with earthly and heavenly energy by nurturing rootedness and God-consciousness. I am a Usui and Karuna Reiki master with more than 30 years' experience in spiritual counseling and healing. My practice utilizes loving, non-judgmental wisdom and ancient spiritual principles to help people discover deep truths within. I am an ordained priest in the Order of Melchizedek, licensed to perform weddings in New York City.

I provide an intense, hands-on form of Reiki that deeply heals and releases. This is a wonderful way to balance chakras, restore spiritual vitality, release cellular-level blocks, and uncover hidden wounds and limits. The result is often dramatic and ecstatic.

The heart has reasons whereof reason knows nothing. At the heart of the universe there is pure love. This love is available to everyone, and the greatest purpose of human experience is to learn to receive and share this love. Life's hardships and darkness can be turned into wisdom and increased compassion; wounds become touchstones of learning and insight. After the revelation comes the situation!

Much of my work is in developing rootedness and connection. I teach clients and students to connect with the natural world, the physical elements, which are truly allies and resources of Spirit.

Judgment and fear are mind-killers and spirit-destroyers. Judgment is based on the knowledge of good and evil, rather than knowing love. Fear is based on not receiving love. There is NO FEAR in love! Love dispels fear and builds courage, wisdom, and the infinite capacity for joy.
