Description

I provide training, coaching and resources for coaches, healers and other helping professionals.

Clarity for Coaches (and Other Helping Professionals): You are good at helping others and probably have a lot of knowledge and insights but when YOU are the one who is stuck that isn’t going to be enough.

Are you trying to improve your practice or work through a personal issue? Would you like to have a richer spiritual life? A coaching relationship leads to results that can’t be attained on your own. Nothing beats it for solving problems, achieving goals and getting clearer about things. I talk to my coach on a regular basis and I wouldn’t dream of going without her because that’s how I keep myself moving forward in an intentional way, but even if you aren’t looking for an on-going coaching relationship, it’s nice to know you have somewhere to turn for your own coaching needs.

No amount of training or experience is a substitute for the results that come from being in a coaching relationship. Trying to muddle through something on your own just wastes time and comes up short. You wouldn’t recommend that to your clients, so why would you do it? I can help you t0 move forward quickly with my powerful Clarity for Coaches coaching structure. It provides maximum results in a short amount of time; about 6 sessions. You’ll be more effective with your own clients when you are feeling confident, clear and on-track with your life.

Coaching Skills: If you are a healer or other helping professional who wants to add coaching techniques to your tool box, but doesn’t want to undertake a long and expensive coach training program, my Coaching Skills instruction will give you what you need to provide your clients with extra value from your services. Choose how many modules you want to customize your level of training.

You’ll be able to offer more, appeal to a wider range of clients and charge more for your time when you add life coaching to your resume.

Profile and Credentials

Laura trained in Sonoma, California with Dave Ellis in the Falling Awake model, an ICF accredited program. Sometimes the best way to move forward on a goal or tackle a problem is to temporarily by-pass your conscious mind and tap more directly into your deep inner knowing. Laura has studied Reiki, Acutonics, Emotional Stress Defusion and Shamanism and uses these tools as a powerful adjunct to coaching.

She became a member of the faculty of The Possibility Institute in 2011 (www.possibilityinstitute.com). The Possibility Institute has two major goals: 1) to reconnect you to your own ability to access infinite possibilities and amplify them into reality, and 2) to help you quickly and effortlessly achieve the results you desire. The Institute offers a variety of way for you to master your own power to create whatever circumstances you want in life and business, discover new and exciting possibilities, and utilize the science of possibility amplification to make them reality.

Since 2007 she has donated her services to One to One ~ Women Coaching Women (www.onetoone.info), a national non-profit organization that offers six months of pro bono coaching to women who are emerging from challenging experiences and who cannot otherwise afford coaching.

Philosophy and Comments

Before I was introduced to coaching as a client I was feeling run over by the circumstances of my life and barely able to cope. I was depressed, stressed and out of ideas about how to make things better.

Life coaching offered me a more empowering perspective as well as a forum and a structure for identifying what I wanted in my life and then for making a plan to go after it. I quickly fell in love with the non-judgmental facilitation I was receiving and that way my life was improving. I secretly thought about what it would be like to assist other people with all the things I was learning, but there seemed no viable way for me to train, afford an office or find clients, so I kept it to myself. After I finally admitted to my coach that I was secretly dreaming of being a life coach too, she helped me to stop focusing on the obstacles and to start focusing on the dream. As I got clearer and clearer about what I truly wanted, the pieces began to fall into place. I even inherited almost exactly the amount of money I needed for tuition. My coach stood with me as I worked through the remaining details to move forward on what I truly wanted for myself.

Coaching has been such a powerful force for positive change and forward movement for me that I have never been without a coach since that time. I use it not only to work through problems, but to set bigger and better intentions and then to stay on track with them.
