Hall is a veteran and distinguish member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, retired. The 2005 Woman of the Year (Los Angeles Commission on the Status of Women) shares her knowledge on how women and teens can remain safe whether on the street or on a date.
“There are 10 simple steps any woman can take to keep from being a victim of crime or domestic violence.” states Hall, “They don’t cost money or time; just thinking smarter.”
During her tenure at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Hall developed and conducted seminars in self-esteem, stress management and racial profiling. Hall is a member of the National Black Police Association. She consults with community leaders on how to avoid and resolve conflicts between many groups which interface with the police departments.
