Catherine Eby, Reiki Master Teacher in Winnipeg,is a Hypnotherapist, a Practitioner of the Hawaiian Huna Healing Arts: Hawaiian Huna Kane and Sacred Lomi Massage; Energy Therapy and Sound Healing. Also Trained in Ho'oponopono, her skills assist in the  resolution of life's conflicts. As a Professional and a Shaman, Catherine's abilities to work in multi-dimensions, brings a broader perspective, believing Life's challenges are keys to your Souls' growth. Profile and Credentials        

Catherine is a Teaching Reiki Master in the Traditional Usui Reiki; Karuna, and Lightarian forms. In 1975 she was introduced to Huna, the methods of the Shaman Healers of Hawaii. Since then, she has dedicated her studies to learning and practicing the interrelated Hawaiian Energy Healing Arts. She now practices and teaches Reiki; Ho'oponopono; Shaman Healing Techniques; Huna Kane Massage; Lomi Lomi; Light/Energy Work. As a Musician,Catherine often uses toning and Chanting in sessions and teaches Sound Healing. She is a member of the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy as a Certified Hypnotherapist and as a Master Hypnotist. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Teaching Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan.Catherine holds a Masters certificate in Neurolinguist Programming, and is a Member of the Time Line Therapy Association as a Master Practitioner.

Philosophy and Comments        

Catherine opened Rainy Mountain Holistic Services when she found there was no longer separation between work and the rest of life. When her own life became clear and her life was congruent on all levels, she found herself "In full time employ of the creator. " 

All healing comes from within. In discovering why we think, feel and act as we do and in learning how we can change to our true purpose, our ills fall away. The inner urge in all of us to seek out a kinder, more harmonic existence, leads to the discovery of inner resources and strengths. It begins with a loving respect for self. I see that potential and that light in each person I meet. There are no mistakes, these are only life lessons along our Path to open us to our greater, higher self.

 Each person naturally has the gift of power, of inner sight. Know in your heart there is more to your life. That inner prompting, is your spirit asking you to expand beyond smallness, into your greatness. Life is Extraordinary and so are You.

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS > TRADITIONAL USUI REIKI

REIKI LEVEL 1 a one day workshop. Learn the History of Reiki, What Reiki is,How to prepare yourself to give Reiki, how to give a complete Reiki session.
REIKI LEVEL II Send Reiki over Distance and over Time .. other ways to be of assistance, and to enhance your own life. Included in the classes are an extensive Reiki Manual, Lunch and a Reiki Practitioner Certificate given upon completetion of each level

ADVANCED REIKI TECHNIQUES- For those who have Reiki Level II and wish to develop further skills continue towards Masters Level

REIKI MASTER CLASSES- Next Masters Class Jan 4 & 5.

TEACHING REIKI, A 1 DAY WORKSHOP.Fully prepares you to a Teach Reiki I Class(or whatever level you want assistance in). How,When,and What, plus teaching materials. In THE USUI REIKI Tradition, You are a Reiki Master Practitioner until you have taught someone Reiki and given them an attunement. A Reiki Master is one who has taken the Master Class, received the Master attunement, and has Taught a Reiki Class therefore passing on the Tradition. If you are a Reiki Master Practitioner and feel the need for practical help in setting up and Teaching Reiki, or maybe you want a refresher course and a day with other Reiki Masters, this Class is for you! All traditions are welcome, just bring your Masters Certificate to class.

KARUNA REIKI(R)
for those who have conditioned their energy systems through the use of the Usui Reiki Master energies for one year. The next level of higher Reiki energies are the Karuna attunements. The Karuna energies are strong and focused for specific areas of healing.
NEXT CLASS DATES: KARUNA PRACTITIONER LEVELS I & II: Feb 10&11, 2012. Fri(eve) and Sat 9-4pm. KARUNA MASTERS LEVEL 1, Sunday FEb 13. Use new powerful Reiki symbols to help heal and resolve pesent and/or past life deep emotional issues.

LIGHTARIAN REIKI(TM)

Lightarian Attunements for those who have been attuned to Karuna Reiki Masters levels and have a desire to move up to the Highest Levels of Reiki Vibration. To assist you in Consciously walking your Soul's journey; personal growth, during this time of planetary change and ascension. The Lightarian Rays accelerate that personal transformation and change, focusing and integrating all you have learned as you connect directly to the Ascended Masters and the Angelic Realm and beyond.

HAWAIIAN SACRED BODYWORK

Bodywork is a fraction of the material covered in this Introduction to the Fundamentals of Integrated Healing Course. Begins in September and continues to the following August..followed by a 2 month practicum. To satisfy your innate desire for Soul growth and Personal Skill development. As healing techniques encompass the Physical,the Mental,the Emotional and Spirit Energy Bodies, training takes time. With Hawaiian Traditions as the basis, you'll undergo a Transformational period of Personal Growth; Be attuned to Light Symbols; learn how the Mind, Energy and Physical Body interaact; connections to Spirit, the Ascension process, Lomi Massage techniques, learn a Hula and A Healing Chant. During this year long course, you will complete the Introductory Level in 3 Hawaiian Lomi Massage Modalities, earning a Huna Kane Practitioners Certificate. As this is also considered the Essential Basics course of the over all Halau or Esoteric (Enlightenment) School, it is recommended you have Reiki Level I before you begin.

Sept to April classes are every Second Saturday 9am-3pm. Class size is small (max 4) to allow for individual growth. The following classes outline some of the content in the Introductory year presently running.

** INTRODUCTION TO HUNA KANE
The Ancient Art of Inner knowing of the Higher Self. Learn how this Transformative Mind/Bodywork can accelerate your own Healer's journey while learning basic Huna, Conscious Breathwork, Clearing, working with Light Symbols, Chants. Every Second Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm Begins September of 2011

** FOUNDATIONS OF HUNA HEALING ARTS - January to April, 2012 every Second Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm. Prerequisite: Intro To Huna Kane. Learn Energy Body Higher Alignment and Ascension Techniques, Transformational Breathwork, Intro to Ho'oponopono, Intro to Mind/body Interface techniques in Sacred Massage

** NANA I KE KINO-(MAPPING THE BACK OF THE BODY FOR INTEGRATED MASSAGE)- 2 weekends MAY-JUNE 2012 Floorwork/Matwork. Basic Lomi Lomi massage techniques for clothes on massage. Identifying and reframing past issues held in the back of the body.

** NANA I KE KINO (MAPPING THE FRONT OF THE BODY FOR INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE)- 2 weekends. For every event in the Mind, there is a corresponding event in the body. Emotions, problems and stress lead to stress in specific parts of the body. Learn where these areas are, and how to effectively transform that energy with reframing, breathwork, Lomi techniques and Hula.

** HIGH ALTARING- AUGUST 2011 - A 3 DAY WEEKEND COURSE: Learn the oil massage techniques, of this Sacred Energy Work. Traditionally used to prepare the body for special occasions,integrating the mind with spirit; This clearing and energizing Dance on the body also accelerates the Soul's remembering of the Journey. Learn the connectedness of the Sacred with Hawaiian methods of chants(oli) and prayers (pule)and Massage.

** HUNA KANE PRACTICUM (take Home)- Sept to Nov - practice all you're learned.



SHAMAN HEALER TRAINING COURSE

SHAMAN BASICS- LEVEL 1. REGISTER NOW! NEXT CLASS STARTS Sept 11, 2011 and continues 1 day a month until April 2012. there are presently 5 of 7 places available in this class

Halau Ho'ola (Growing into Light)        

CHANGE IS A CONSTANT! Abrupt shift happens when we don't adapt to change. It means every moment is a new opportunity to enlighten your energy body.
Over time, clients and students began asking for more extensive classes to enable their own personal development,and to practice the skills of Empowered Healing. The workshops have naturally evolved into a curriculum. In December 2006, I named this Enlightened Integrated Healing Training,a School: HALAU HO'OLA.

The word for health and healing is one word, Ola. One meaning of Ola is to enlighten. O means to put something in and La is light. Ho' can mean to make or to cause to happen. Ho'ola then, can mean to cause "life" or good health to happen, or to cause light to flow.

There are 3 main learning streams in Halau Ho'ola:

1. Reiki Studies includes Certficates in Usui, Karuna & Lightarian Reiki

2. Hawaiian Bodywork and the Fundamentals of Integrated Healing Course. Includes working with the Mind,Physical (Body)Interface; and with the Spirit in an integration of lomi massage techniques, mental and emotional energy techniques and breathwork. A Transformation/Ascension of Spirit through the Sacred Energies, leading to A Certificate in Huna Kane Massage.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that the Introductory year, which includes the Bodywork, be studied first, before proceeding to Shaman advanced Shaman Healer Studies

3.Integrated Healer (Shaman) Training - Complete training in all the roles and responsibilities of a working Integrated shaman healer. The first 2-3 years focusing on Shaman Basics and Energy Healing Techniques.

Each of the healing modalities and shaman levels are excellent courses on their own and each will provide healing energy techniques and skills to help yourself and others.
All trainings are done in the old/apprentice way, with small classes. To take all level 1-3 options ..the trainings take time. To become a Healer is a personal Medicine Walk for Balance and Harmony; a journey into transforming your thoughts and actions; developing the connection to your Higher Self; and Energetically with the World. It takes skill development to be a Healer (one who is an Effective Helper). ("The Healers are the Healed"- Serge Kahili King)". Shamans specialty is that they are trained in Integrated Healing Techniques .. able to work within the concept that all illness has Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual aspects that affect our body.
As a seeker of knowledge, You were given gifts from Spirit. You can use those gifts now. Practice to the level of your training and knowledge. The world needs healing helpers NOW. Your further development of those gifts is up to you. Each issue you clear for yourself, each new desire you follow up on, each perception you have of higher goals calling you ..all lead to a lighter, stronger Energy body .. to your being an Embodiment of Light, an Enlightened Being.
