True and lasting healing of all psychological wounds requires you to also heal the physical body, where you store your unconscious memory. I utilize various modalities, including Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Applied Kinesiology, deep tissue bodywork, specific muscle rehabilitation, N.E.T. (Neuro-Emotional Technique), Acupressure, Reiki, Chiropractic as well as other holistic philosophies, to create this life-enhancing healing approach. In addition, I am trained and certified in Yoga and Danskinetics. I work with clients on living the Toltec teachings (as written in The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz), while continuing to expand my extensive experience as an apprentice of Rita Rivera, Toltec Master Teacher and Mentor.

I bring more than 20 years of experience as a Healer, Yoga Teacher, Dancer and Truth Seeker to provide you with a body/mind experience that may quickly and powerfully help you integrate your psychological and emotional processes into your physical body. With my unique and creative healing approach, you have the opportunity to release unconscious, stagnant and destructive neurological and cellular memory, freeing you from areas where your beliefs and patterns have been stuck.
