Additionally, her works are published in the book Coaching for the New Century.

Susan has a Masters degree in Organizational Management and is a certified executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching. She has also studied with industry icons in Idea Generation, Communications and Marketing.

She is the President of the Association of Professional Consultants and is also a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
