Tameko also specializes in working with a variety of woman's issues such as relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, sexual health and well-being, body image distortion, and infertility issues.

Tameko was trained as a traditional "talk therapist" and she eventually discovered that hypnosis was a powerful and faster method of helping her clients heal from the past and facilitate positive changes in their lives.

Tameko has a BA degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Woman's Health. She is a Board Certified Hypnotist and member of the National Guild of Hypnosis. She completed her hypnosis training in Berkeley, California and New York City. Tameko is a certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and a Certified HypnoBirthing Fertility Specialist.

Tameko also trained in the LaClaire Method of HypnoBirthing. Tameko began her medical social work training in 1995. She worked for Kaiser Hospital in San Francisco and San Jose, California. In addition, she worked for the University of California Medical Center/Mt. Zion Hospital. Tameko has worked in the woman's health outpatient department, labor and delivery unit, intensive care nursery, and teenage pregnancy unit. While working in these units she gained great knowledge about the birthing process and became an advocate of helping women cultivate a holistic birthing experience.

Tameko is a passionate and empathic professional committed to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood due to her own personal experiences with infertility. Tameko also specializes in working with a variety of woman's issues such as relationship concerns, sexual health and well-being, body image distortion, and infertility issues.

Tameko is successfully working individuals and couples to help them achieve a more comfortable and relaxed birthing experience. In addition, she is successfully working with woman and men with a variety of infertility issues including unexplained infertility, failed IVF attempts, PCOS, low sperm count, poor quality eggs, high FSH levels, donor egg transfer, frozen embryo transfer and all assisted reproductive techniques.
