Description
I have a private practice offering Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Swe-Thai Massage and Esalen Massage.
Thai Massage (aka "Lazy Man's Yoga) is done on a mat, fully clothed, using stretching, compression and accupressure - very therapeutic, rejuvinating, relaxing and energizing.
Swe-Thai is a combination of traditional swedish massage with some stretching and accupressure.
Esalen Massage is a very relaxing massage incorporating very long, slow, connecting strokes and some stretching.
