The Tipi Camp is an outdoor retreat centre surrounded by nature, in a remote bay on beautiful Kootenay Lake in British Columbia, Canada. Three large tipis and a spacious outdoor kitchen offer comfortable accommodations and delicious vegetarian
meals by the lakeshore. Our non-profit society hosts retreats and workshops for children, teens, men and women, first nations, yoga groups, and new age practioners. Come to 'Connect with Nature' in our wilderness setting.

Guiding Hands Recreation Society is a registered non-profit society (1988) that promotes outdoor recreation, environmental education, personal awareness, and sustainable communities.

The purpose of our society is to educate people about the benefits of nature and outdoor re-creation for a healthy society. We advocate a low-impact approach to development on the Earth.

The Tipi Camp is open for groups of 12-20 people from mid-June to mid-September
The base rate is $80 CDN per day, half price for children, includes all meals,
accommodation and water transportation.
