Whether you've only just renewed your commitment to health and fitness or are looking to expand your exercise routine in new directions, Triangle Pilates & Cary Yoga Center will provide you with an exercise program that will help you meet your goals. We specialize in individualized Pilates and Yoga instruction in both Private and small group class formats. We also conduct off-site training in Raleigh, Cary & RTP, NC.
Triangle Pilates is the Affiliate Training Studio in North Carolina for Power Pilates of NYC, all of our Pilates teachers are certified through Power Pilates including 600 hours of apprenticeship as well as multiple lectures, practical, oral and written exams. We are Pilates Certification Specialists. Please visit the Pilates Method Alliance Website for information about Pilates Certifications and know the criteria of a solid program. Our studios are convenient to Raleigh Durham airport for those who need air transportation.
Profile and Credentials
Patty Geiger PMA-CPT, Studio Founder
Patty is a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates, NY and PMA CERTIFIED, with over 24 years of experience in the fitness industry. Patty is a Power Pilates certified teacher, with a second certification through Physicalmind Institute and additional training through The Pilates Center in Boulder and educational workshops with many of the nation's most notable educators. Patty was recognized by Cary Magazine as the Top Personal Trainer for Southwestern Wake County and her studos as Best in Class multiple times over. She has studied yoga with Beth Shaw, Doug Swenson, Molly Fox, and John DeMinico, receiving certifications from AAAI and YogaFit 1 & 2. She is actively involved in the Pilates Method Alliance. Take a class with Patty and you will find her passion for Pilates hard to resist.

Pilates Program Information
Pilates is about the coordination of movements using the correct muscle groups with focus and form. Frequency of excercise is important when you are first learning the technique. We recommend 3 times per week for the first 2 weeks in order to establish a solid foundation. Discuss your fitness level and goals with one of our certified teachers in order to get started in the most efficient manner.
Pilates equipment is designed to aid you in gaining a solid Pilates foundation. Most participants who attend classes or take privates on the equipment will notice dramatic changes within 6-8 weeks by working out just 2-3 days a week with one of our well-trained teachers. We recommend that you try the different Pilates options so that you are best equipped to determine the program that will help you achieve your goals.
Yoga Program Information
Yoga is a more “personal” form of exercise and we encourage you to call the studio prior to your first visit to ensure a good first class with us. We serve a wide variety of ages and levels. With our Class Card System you can take classes with different teachers and decide what classes and level best suits your needs best.
