I practice meditative, Swedish massage/polarity therapy for some, and for others I use deep muscle, pain free work. I am especially interested in neck, shoulder and spine problems. Energy work and pressure point work are present in all sessions. Yoga therapy/instruction is also geared to the individual, from restorative poses for some to Iyengar standing poses for others. I welcome people in all shapes and forms!

I was one of the co-founders of Inland Holistic Health Assocation here in Murrieta, inspired in part by the Polarity Therapy group at Murrieta Hot Springs. I hope to create a center locally, and perhaps bicoastally, that combines the best of all types of healing, east and west, ancient and modern. I envision places of healing that include touch, movement and art therapies, along with the miracles of modern medicine.
