I offer a synthesis of both traditional and state-of-the-art counseling, psychotherapy and somatic psychotherapy/bodywork methods. This includes art therapy, meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, EMDR, Reiki, massage and sacred chant. My focus is trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual and creative blocks, difficult life transitions, situations and relationships. People interested in self-discovery and spiritual growth and development may also find these approaches useful. I am also available for private and small group healing circles involving sacred chant.

The mechanism of healing is inherent in the body. I can offer tools and guidance, using the methods described above, as well as Buddhist psychology and other traditions to jumpstart and guide a healing and discovery process.

Monday through Thursday day and evening appointments. Friday morning appointments on occasion. Fees are $85/hour, $125 for hour-and-a-half appointments.
