Everything is energy which is pure intelligence and consciousness. Thoughts, feelings and even the physical body is 99.9% energy. Although energy is dynamic, thoughts and feelings often combine to form beliefs that prevent life from being lived in alignment with the authentic self. Healing is the process of becoming whole or one, re-membering and integrating the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual aspects of life. All healing involves a change in consciousness.

Energy Rebalancing restores you to a state of inner-piece and well-being by getting straight to the underlying causes of disharmony. As a healing facilitator, I use dowsing rods and agate crystals to realign your energetic field, balance your chakras and connect you to your inner wisdom while you lie on a massage table, watching your energetic responses to what is being said. In this state of expanded awareness, you piece together the information as it comes to the surface. Suppressed feelings, or trapped emotions, are detected and released as part of the process.

Energy is pure intelligence and consciousness. All of life is manifested energy. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions and even the cells of our bodies are energy. The balanced and dynamic flow of energy is the foundation of health. Energy flows into the body through pathways known as chakras, meridians and nadis as well as around the body in a field called the aura. Negative thoughts and feelings (those causing discomfort), disrupt the flow of energy and can cause blockages that may manifest as dis-ease.

Everything in your life is a reflection of what is going on inside of you. Thoughts are good indicators of what you are feeling inside. If you do not know how you feel, look at the quality of your thoughts. There are two primary categories of feelings—positive and negative. Positive feelings are love-based and make you feel good, energized, open, expansive and brings unity (closer together). Fear-based feelings make you feel tight, constricted, uneasy and isolated. Frequently, we respond to negative feelings by ignoring them, avoiding them, pretending they don’t exist, and saying it doesn’t matter. When we deny or suppress our feelings as they occur the outward expression is blocked and they are registered at the cellular level, encoded in our DNA. From there, they gather more energy by resonating with similar feeling vibrations, creating blockages and other disturbing effects. Although we may be unaware or unconscious of charged feelings, they affect our thoughts, our beliefs and our attitudes that in turn determine our emotional reactions and experiences in life.

Charged feelings are the result of denying or suppressing feelings that lead to strong emotional responses as to the rightness, wrongness or appropriateness of the outcome of an event, situation, circumstance or relationship. They create the challenges, discomfort, disease, pain and crisis situations in our lives. Any incident, comment or person that makes you feel uncomfortable is an invitation to look more deeply into what is really going on. It’s not about the person, place or thing. They are only the trigger for something that has been suppressed. The key is to learn to become conscious of your experience. What are you feeling? What are you thinking? What are you saying? What are you doing? Are all of these aspects in harmony with one another? Are you being true to yourself?

Reiki is an ancient healing system that works with the body's innate ability to repair itself. The word Reiki is the derived from two Japanese words - Rei, meaning spiritual or cosmic energy from the universe and Ki - defined as vital life force energy that flows through all living beings. Reiki connects the energy vibration of the universe with individual life force energy to enable the mind to become peaceful, and the body to relax and heal. Reiki treatments are deeply relaxing and comforting. They involve lying on a massage table and receiving universal energy that is channeled through a practitioner's hands. Reiki has its roots in the Sanskrit sutras (dating back 2,500 years) and works on the physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual level according to where it is needed. It was rediscovered by Mikao Usui, who brought this system to Japan in the late 1800's. Individuals are initiated into Reiki through a series of attunements that activate their ability to pass on universal energy. There are several level of attunements and anyone can learn Reiki. When crystals are placed beneath the massage table, the energy of the crystals and color vibrations of the gemstones are magnified as they combine with the Reiki energy and flow into the chakras. My technique consists of seven grids (one for each chakra) and a combination of crystals for each chakra. These grids, pictured here on the website, are based on the flower of life holographic sphere. The entire universe, including our DNA, RNA and the finest particle of our atomic cell structure, was born through this sacred symbol of unconditional love.
