Everyone Dreams. Dreams are important for your mental and physical wellbeing. In fact, you spend almost one-quarter of your sleep periods actively dreaming. Too often our dreams are forgotten, underrated and underutilized.

With warmth and humour, Alice Finnamore engages participants at her interactive seminars and workshops, developing hands on awareness of the power and impact of dreams.

Finnamore's background includes a Bachelor of Theology from Acadia University, as well as a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick.

In recent years, she has studied with Robert Moss, a prolific author, speaker, researcher, university professor and student of the Western Mystery traditions. Under Moss, she earned Level Three Dream Teacher Certification while learning to use the tools and techniques he developed for understanding and exploring dreams.

She also provides individual consultations regarding dreams, in her private therapy practice. Dreams can be instructive even when one is seeking counseling for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress, grief, etc.

Alice motivates, nurtures, and teaches people to live their lives to their highest potential and beyond. She sees herself and Dream Bringer's Studio as bringing together Earth and Sky, Heaven and Earth, and the world of night and dreams into our waking daily lives.

Alice offers Flying Lessons for the Soul, designed to assist you in surmounting your problems and in making your dreams come true.

Grey clad woman
Hooded, hidden
Silent as unclappered bell
Mouse grey, small
Shrinking to dark,
Her shadow self afraid,
Unseen, unheard.
Sliding into place between them
Shapeshifted, human-form.
Quiet child, shy smile,
Accepted in their midst
Cloaked, seen yet not seen.

Until angelic sister, brother,
Lovers in her universe
Approach
Encourage
Gently lift the grey.
It is time.
Come forth!
Sister, Child, One Heart,
Emerge, unfold, reveal!

Grey gone
Ten thousand years of light
Bursts forth.
Sword high, razor sharp precise
Words
In hands surgeon deft
To cut to heart and soul
With clarity of love
Striking deep
Gentle parry
To the quick.
Or standing,
Sunrise wings unfurled,
Blue, peach, and gold,
Her loving heart her only lasting cloak
As brandished sword unveils
Fear covered human eyes.
