I am a Naturopathic Doctor, and as such I am a holistic/alternative medicine practitioner. I work with patients who have a wide variety of health issues, including men, women, and children's health. I also can assist in overall improvement of your health. I use herbs, homeopathy, and numerous other theraputics.

I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, in Kenmore WA, a fully accredited Naturopathic Medical School.

I hold my license in Washington State.

I am a professional member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and board member of the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

I have been voted best Alternative Doctor for 2009 by the LI Press, and I received this year's Physician of the Year award from the NYANP.

I have a passion for naturopathic medicine because it combines the best of the science and art of medicine. I have been trained in the same basic sciences and diagnostic techniques as other medical doctors. I have learned how to heal using plants, diet, lifestyle, nutrition, vitamins, counseling, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and physical medicine. I work with the philosophy of the healing power of nature. In other words, the body inherently attempts to be healthy. I am here to guide you on that journey to greater health by supporting the body in its healing process, in whatever way is needed. I also treat the whole of the individual. You are greater than the sum of your parts, and the whole (body, mind, and spirit) needs to be looked at to achieve optimum health.

Most appointments are in the afternoon and evenings, Monday through Friday. Other times may be available at request.

New patients come in for a 2 part visit. The first is abouit 45 mins where I gather information about all aspects of your health and life. Over the next few days to a week I create an intiial plan for second part of the visit which is about 30mins and we go over the plan step by step

Follow-up visits are 30 minutes and discounts are available for scheduling multiple visits

I also offer free 15 minute consults for patients to get an idea of what Naturopathic Medicine can provide for them.
