Esther is a fully certified (NGH and IACT) transpersonal and clinical hypnotherapist. She works with both the still state - hypnosis - and the moving state of meditation - freestyle movement and dance.

Esther has studied with many holistic practitioners including Paul Aurand, Barbara Klink, Don Mottin, and Beth Leutkemeyer (Hypnosis), Dhyan Kairava (Reiki and Breath work) Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms) and Chris Glover (Kripalu Yoga).

Esther also holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters specializing in Adult Learning and Development.

Through ten years of experience in training, coaching and hypnosis, Esther has been empowered to integrate a holistic approach so that you will benefit from dedicated professionalism in your important work.

Esther is constantly adding to her own trainings with new and fresh ideas. Your sessions may integrate many wonderful and diverse techniques as appropriate.
