I'm often asked something like: "How'd you get to be the way you are?"

Well, being an intuitively aware child in a repressed 1950s family resulted in my building a wall between "knowing" and daily life. After 40 years of denial, in 1993--through the Silva Method of active meditation--I took a first semi-conscious step to reconnecting with Spirit and finding balance in life. That means I took one step on purpose, with lots of "conditions" attached to my request (moving forward not to happen too fast, not be too scary, etc.), and the universe fulfilled my intent and then also gave me so much more!

The next step was through the art and science of feng shui. After having experienced its benefits for myself, in 1998 I completed a comprehensive apprenticeship program in Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Feng Shui. Feng shui has "rules" and requires the practitioner to feel the energy of the space being examined. Learning the "rules" was easy--I risked allowing myself to feel...

In the mid-90s, readers frequently told me I had a healing gift. I now do energy work because in 1998 I was finally able to risk accepting this mission and my gift. On October 29, 2000 I became Reverend Frances Juanita--a formality that followed a spiritual ordination experience some months earlier. Then in 2001 I became a certified Quantum-Touch practitioner. Quantum-Touch requires the practitioner to feel energy and has some "rules." See how the universe assisted me in moving forward--from rules with feeling, to feeling with rules and now with The Defusion Process. Early in 2006 I learned how very easy change can be--and without being scary. The Defusion Process is fast, easy, and effective. It's the easiest change modality I've ever experienced. It allows me to tear down the remaining bits of my wall just as fast as I become aware of them. NOTE: I've not "arrived" you see, I continue to seek and learn and move forward--just as you do!

The step I was most resistive about in the 1990s was to again accept my direct connection with Spirit. Yes, I had "appearances" issues--a result of childhood training--and didn't want to be "one of those psychics." Now, willingly connected, my readings use an intuited technique that allows for a private experience even when the reading occurs in a public place.

Doing intuitive readings allowed me to manifest my expressed desire to "sit around and read all day"--I meant books. The universe said yes to my desire through intuitive readings. I had no idea what the results of saying "yes" to something way out of my comfort zone at that time--readings in public!--would be. Starting in 2003, I spent six wonderful years doing readings from a restaurant in Everett, WA. The results of manifesting my heart's desire continue to be delightful!!

My philosophy is this simple: I share what I struggled to learn so you won't have to struggle or "re-create the wheel."

Along my way through life I learned that the universe is very literal. For example, to my friends in high places*, "to assist" means to do with someone and "to help" means to do for someone. I am available to assist you by using abilities that you may not yet have developed in yourself and by sharing what I learn--which then assists me because I get to contribute to others!

How do I assist you? My teacher told me I'm like a singing telegram deliverer. When you get a regular telegram, you open it and read it to yourself. During work with me, I present to you your "telegram from the universe."

I also learned the universe views us as having situations rather than problems. The difference is usually one of attitude or perspective--changing your perspective is easier than you might think. Readings and energy work are great for perspective changing...

After hearing the country song about "friends in low places," I talked back to the radio as I often do, and said, "Well, I've got friends in high places"! Are you disappointed about something you’ve given or received? A filter for what may be happening is knowing the difference between "gifts" and "presents."
A present is given or arrives with conscious or unconscious strings (think of wrap and ribbons representing hidden expectations).
If you’ve given a gift, you’d experience no anguish if the receiver immediately passed it on to someone else. If you’ve received a gift you won’t have to hold on to it beyond its usefulness to you "because XXXXXX gave it to me"...

FENG SHUI appointments generally take from 90 minutes to two hours. This three-phase experience, during which I teach / clarify feng shui principles, suggest / assist with adjustments where needed, and teach and support intention setting, is an important investment in your well-being.

So, pay me 30, 50, 100 dollars--or more! “You’ll know how much to pay based on the value you receive.” Concerned you might not "pay enough"? You can always send more later! Likewise, if you discover the value of my service was even more than first apparent, you can pay more then. I like getting suprise checks in the mail or payments through PayPal. Note: I value my "off" time, and I have good boundaries, so neglecting to reschedule or cancel an appointment in a considerate fashion results in a $50.00 fee.
