I use hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique hand in hand with wonderful results. I teach EFT and self hypnosis to my clients in order for them to help themselves when it is not possible for them to call or come into the office. Motivational coaching is involved in much of the work I do. I work with many people who have been in abusive situations such as being molested as a child, abusive relationships with siblings and parents, and clients who have witnessed horrific activity at the hands of others. I work with many recovering alcoholics and substance abusers, with wonderful results. I find age regression and past life regression very beneficial when trying to find a cause of a behavior or feeling. I sometimes have clients draw a picture of a tree, I then interpret the drawing and it tells me about their life from birth to the present. It also gives me information about how they feel about themselves and their future. Living in the area of Texas A&M University and Blinn College, I see many students both undergraduates and students in the doctoral programs along with many professors. My work is wonderful for stress and focus and works wonders in the academic area. Clients participating in golf, baseball, football, track, gymnastics, rodeo, and runners all have improved their skills and confidence after working with me.
