It's about three years since I first walked through Ortalia's doors. Since then, they've always been open to me, unconditionally. The work that I did took almost a year. Even though it was only 5 sessions, it was spread out over the course of a year. I can truly say that throughout the course of my life, I have never been more me. This me of course, comes as a package of all the internal struggles and the knowing and not knowing.
