Practiced for 18 years as a School Psychologist in the NYC Public Schools.
Practiced as a certified professional in the field of Education for over 25 years.
Had a private practice of counseling and psychotherapy for several years.
Trained in the field of Transformational Education for over 9 years.
Have coached people in being successful in their lives since 1995.

Heart and Soul Life Coaching was created to provide people with the support and structure to have what they want in their lives and to live their lives the way they've always wanted to. I support my clients to create a vision for their life and focus their goals and actions on producing the kinds of results that they really want. My clients find out what's really important to them and they start producing the results they want. My clients hire me because they want their lives to be more successful, more balanced and more fulfilling. The kind of work I do brings out your best and it works for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life and not be stopped by the seemingly endless series of circumstances that manage to get in the way.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

I offer 3 levels of individual coaching, which is done over the phone. A monthly retainer, payable in advance, is $450 for 4 calls per month, $350 for 3 calls per month, or $ 250 for 2 calls per month. Most clients call me once per week, 3 times a month, at the same time each week. Calls last 45 minutes.

I also offer Group Coaching, which is more value (60 minute sessions vs. 45 minutes) at a reduced price. New groups start quarterly and reservations are made in advance.

I also deliver individual and group “Tele-Programs” for people who want to develop themselves in specific areas of their lives. Tele-programs are time limited (3, 6 or 9 week programs) and are delivered via telephone. How it works is that you would call in to a tele-bridge line. I offer a variety of programs addressing ADVANCED PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT issues. There are assessments, plenty of materials and assignments AND we move very quickly.
