I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist, from the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Insitute (formerly in Boulder, CO -- now in Frisco, CO). I have trained with Caroline Myss in Archetypal Life Charting. And, I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher.

I believe that all healing is self-healing. However, to reach down into the treasure chest (the "well within"), it is sometimes necessary to have a guide, a partner, a therapist, a teacher, and/or a friend that can lead you to the unique discovery of your own truth and your own power. I offer a free 30-minute consultation in peson (or on the phone) where we work together to chart your psychotherapy, life coaching, archetypal life charting, and/or Reiki healing or training needs. I also work specifically with teens who are facing the difficult and confusing crossroads between childhood and adulthood. Focusing their energy and their dreams for their future into this moment, they can achieve abundant happienss and success in life.

I offer hands-on and distance Reiki healing. In addition, I offer all levels of Reiki training in an intimate setting in my Boulder psychotherapy office. If you have ever wanted to be a part of the alternative healing community, then now is the time. Whether you want to enhance the healing skills you already have, open a healing practice of your own, or just be able to help heal those you love, learning Reiki gives you the hands-on skills to achieve your goals. In addition to teaching all of the regular Reiki skills (where the practitioner places their hands on the client, who then "passively" receives the healing -- with lots of time to wonder if it is working), I teach an enhanced form of Reiki. With my background in Psychotherapy and Clinical/Medical Hypnotherapy, I have develed an enhanced form of Reiki that fully engages the client, who then actively directs and focuses their innate physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self-healing capabilities for far more powerful and integrated healing. Working with archetypes ("original" universal subconscious patterns), you will discover how your ego/personality (the persona you present to the outside world), life values (ownership, finances, talents/skills, and overall use of personal power), self-expression (communication with yourself and others, and your power of choice), as well as your overall life choices (home, career and relationship choices), are potentially influenced by archetypal patterns present in your life. This is a fun, insightful and uniquely expansive process to undertake (I trained with Caline Myss, authoer of such works as Sacred Contracts and Anatomy of Spirit. I also draw upon insights from my own professional work with the subconscious mind in hypnotherapy.) I offer one-on-one archetypal charting to explore patterns present in your life since birth as well as archetypal patterns that influence the choices you make today.
