Philosophy and Comments
Personal growth and change should have as its goal a deeper connection to life and a shift in consciousness that leads to greater participation in social change.
We need to realize our potential to contribute as much as we can to a cultural shift to a more humane, holistic society.
Creativity is a psychological strength which strengthens resilience to stress, expands the capacity to cope with and work through existing problems and approach them in new and different ways, and the key to living an authentic life.
