Kristen Caudill uses a fusion of Essential Oil Therapy, Reiki, Craniosacral, Acupressure, Reflexology, and other energy/visualization techniques to balance the mind, body and spirit. She teaches classes on Reiki, Aromatherapy and creating sacred space.

Kristen is an ordained minister and performs handfastings and weddings. She also can do house blessings and spiritual cleansings.

She is a dance teacher and performer with Gaiananda Music & Dance Ensemble. She teaches Ecstatic Dance and Tribal Belly Dance.

I believe that in order to heal ourselves and achieve optimal health, we need to acknowledge the spiritual and emotional aspects of ourselves. Energy work is a great way to achieve emotional releases that can allow the divine energy within each of us to flow freely throughout our bodies. Divine energy is a part of who we are, but sometimes because of certain negative life experiences, we can close off important channels of energy to “protect” those areas from being hurt again. This “protection” actually causes a blockage of energy flow. When energy is blocked, it can cause physical ailments and dis-ease. The release of these emotional blockages allows the energy to flow freely once more, allowing it to replenish each cell of the body. This benefits the body on all levels of be-ing: spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.

I also believe that the earth has supplied us with everything that we need for optimal health. Through the use of herbs in natural form and in essential oil form, I am able to make blends for all of your health needs.
