Natural Trends is a unique center consisting of a yoga studio, a wellness center, and a gift shop. Our yoga studio provides an outstanding, rich venue of Yoga and Pilates classes coupled with some of the best teachers in town. Our wellness center provides a full array of therapeutic services such as massage, Reiki, hypnotherapy, naturopathy, and Structural Integration (the Rolf Method). We also offer a wide variety of workshops and seminars all related to natural health and personal growth. The gift shop offers a great selection of books, CDs, aromatherapy, and yoga gear and accessories.
