Rebecca Saindon is a certified Fitness Trainer and licensed Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. She follows the high performance corrective exercise approach of Paul Chek and is a CHEK-certified Golf Biomechanic. Her Neuromuscular skills are certified by both the Paul St. John Method and the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies. She holds a BFA from the University of Tennessee and Advanced certifications in TMJ Dysfunction from the Institute for Temporomandibular Studies, Advanced Medical Massage and Assessment for Low Back pain and Neck Pain. She has studied with and applies the Orthopedic approaches of many of the field's leading professionals in her multidisciplinary treatment protocols. She is a long time active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners. In addition to Low Back and neck pain, this approach can also be effective in relieving foot and ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, whiplash, headache and scoliosis related conditions. NNC schedules appointments Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm. Each session is approximately an hour in length depending on the needs of the client, and fees are $85-$110/session depending on the treatment and therapist.
