I specialize in deeply listening, supporting, and motivating you during life's transitions and challenges with relationships, career, and health. MY STYLE: Readings are conversational, ones in which I engage you to talk, question, and share. I may combine counseling and spiritual principles based on mysticism with my responses. I am NOT a fortune teller. I am not an entertainer. I am NOT someone who talks while you don't contribute. So please don't hand me a photo and ask a general question like, "What do you see?" It's best to point me in a specific direction, so I can get you detailed info, ok? I work differently than other intuitives - we talk and I like to help with questions and problems. I enjoy most these types of sessions rather than try to entertain you by picking up arbitrary things. More information comes through for you this way.

Here's another hint - if you want to try and test me by suggesting someone is a human, when it's really your pet, or something similar, please don't. The spiritual world sees these things as tricks - it's really not wise - and the doors will then be closed on information that would otherwise have come through for you. The truth is always preferred. If you seek the Truth, you must display the truth. It's spiritual law.

Since an early age, I’ve been in touch with the unseen realms. In 1992 I began to experience serious health challenges that included a chronic glandular disease, related eye disease, goiter, and growths in my thyroid gland. I intensified my meditation practice, and I began to use sound, color, and vibration as a possible way to heal. I also began to attune to Spirit and began intensive spiritual practices combining harmonic toning and chanting of Divine seed sounds ("Aum," and others), along with homeopathic remedies, flower, and gem elixirs, sacred instruments, imagery, prayer, sacred music, and much more for several hours a day.

In 1993, I experienced kundalini awakening. A few months later, in 1994, I heard a firm and commanding voice in the room declare, “You have suffered enough.” I collapsed to my knees and spontaneously wept, not knowing what was to come. Two months later I was awakened by a floating presence of dense milky light in the form of a billowing and churning cloud - what I came to believe to be the Living Light of Spirit. Within seconds a single tendril emerged from it, silently undulating toward me through the air. I started to physically recoil, but then I relaxed and allowed it to come closer and closer. Suddenly, the light penetrated my heart, and it quickly filled me with what I can only describe as a sense of being loved, of transforming into love itself, multiplied by infinity. In its wake, I was left with a vibrating “hum” within my heart (that lasted for years) along with a profound sense of permeating peace. Within weeks of this encounter, my physician declared me in remission - gone were the glandular disease, throat goiter and the growths. What followed was a series of life changing, intense awakenings - some immediate and others transpiring over a series of years, some of which took years of seeking, reading, prayer, contemplation, and spiritual direction to comprehend and discern their nature.

It became evident that my experiences have been classic of the contemplative and mystical process.

I’ve experienced and witnessed astounding miracles of nature and profound, life altering mystical events. With those events came gifts of an incredibly expanded intuition and ways of helping others to heal. Since 1994 I have dedicated my life to seeking the Truth and root of my many experiences, as well as helping and teaching others. Mystical experiences themselves can be provocative. Their basis can be one of power or one of foundation to continue to seek. To truly seek, one must use free will to push beyond the mirage of these experiences.

Because of my experiences, I can unequivocally say that I know there is God - The Limitless One - and a greater Divine Mystery - which is the substance of Spirit, from which God works. Some scholars say that Jesus Christ taught that this Divine Spirit is the Divine Feminine Consciousness - the Sophia - the Shekhinah - that often takes the physical form of a cloud. My work has a strong foundation in the work of the Soul. I have been a student of classic mysticism since the 90's, and I am aligned with the ancient mystical paths of Truth, including Gnostic and Essene teachings of The Christ, The Limitless Light, The Bhagavad Gita, and Zen mysticism, along with Sufi influences that include the Shabd (Christ's 'living stream' sound current).

3. PHONE READINGS & PHONE COUNSELING: Schedule: Wednesdays, 1-8:30 PM, EST. For phone sessions, payment is expected in advance via PayPal.

You will call me at Eastern time at 860-705-8108. Be prepared with your list of questions. If you would like, you may pre-send by email pictures of those involved. Please make sure your phone is charged and you are in an area where you will be uninterrupted by others. It generally takes at least a week to schedule privately with me by phone and in Colchester.

Cancellation: Should you need to reschedule your phone appointment or your session in Colchester or by phone, please call me (not email) at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to change or cancel your appointment in Norwich, you must call the Spa directly, and you are subject to their cancellation fees and policy.

Lateness: If you are late, we may not be able to extend your appointment time to receive the full session.

Tips for Readings:

Mediumship: I do NOT offer Medium readings (communicate with those who have crossed over), however, you may ask to invite into the session your loved one who has crossed, and perhaps he/she will come in, though it is never guaranteed that he/she will make an appearance).

I specialize in answering specific questions, especially concerning relationships. In Colchester and by phone, readings tend to be straight intuitive rather than Tarot. (If you want a Tarot reading in Colchester, please request it in advance.) It is rare I would use Tarot over the phone.

In the Spa at Norwich Inn, all first readings include Tarot. If you bring specific questions, I combine Tarot and psychic ability to bring the answers forward. If you return to Norwich for subsequent readings within a short period of time, we may not need Tarot, and often we can do a straight psychic reading.

Group Readings in the Spa at Norwich Inn, Your friend can sit in the session with you, but I don't do readings for groups of people sitting together in one room. I see individuals who have come as part of the group. Please click here to read more about Tarot readings at the Spa.

Group readings outside the spa: You can contact me to see if I will do a group or party for you, but this requires a quiet, private room with a table and two chairs and a door, individual sessions, and limited driving on my part. Again, no groups in one room (please read the above paragraph). Email me your idea, and I will get back to you.

Spiritual Counseling in Norwich: Spiritual counseling, rather than Tarot, is also availabe at the Spa. Please advise me when we are in the room (before your session). You may have questions about spiritual issues or are struggling with a life challenge. These are appropriate themes for pastoral counseling, and I would welcome your questions and issues.

No questions? If you want a general reading in which you have no questions, but rather want to access Tarot to see what messages may come forward, then realize that messages that come through me tend to be spiritual in nature and sometimes less specific. Tarot is used for general readings.

In Person - Your questions and photos: Since I specialize in answering specific questions and addressing specific issues, come to your reading prepared with a list. Bring hard copies of photos of people involved (photos are not necessary, but optional). I prefer you print out photos, rather than show them from your phone. It's best when photos (of alive people) are no older than 2 or 3 years.

Separate readings for partners: Once a partner has seen me, he/she becomes my client. Therefore, it is a conflict of interest to do separate relationship-oriented readings for each of you. It's just not a good idea.

Prepare: Before sessions it is helpful to center yourself. Open yourself up to your higher wisdom, the unseen helpers and Angels, and the grace of the Limitless Light - The One Source...asking for the assistance of Spirit. And then simply exist in the Silence of the moment...nothing to think...nothing to do...nothing to be except pure presence.

Fragrances and Cell Phones: (In Person Sessions) Please DO NOT wear fragrances or we will need to reschedule. Cell phones and blackberries are required to be switched OFF during sessions, unless you are recording.

Tarot Sessions: I use the Rider Waite deck and begin with the Celtic cross layout. I sometimes lay down extra cards for a multi-dimensional look into the issues. I interpret the cards in the upright positions, as these cards were originally created to be read this way, but there are times I pay attentions to reverse ones. I don't limit my interpretations of symbols to the classical, fixed ones, but rather view the combinations of symbols, suit, placement, etc. as one grand mosaic unique to you.

Recordings: I do not record sessions, but you may bring equipment and record or take notes. Video is not allowed. Please be aware that the frequency of my voice can be quite soft sometimes, and equipment may not pick it up clearly.

Wheelchair Access - Yes

Colchester Office: The center is based on Eastern healing philosophies, and shoes are normally removed at the entrance. Please remove wet or sandy shoes at the entrance - slippers and flip flops are welcome. Bring your valuables into the room with you, as we are not responsible for missing items.

Our Healing Center Mascot, Opus: Opie is our sweet companion dog, who belongs to Lorraine. He is a Golden Retriever whose presence spreads the qualities of gentleness, joy, and unconditional love and compassion. Opie might be working on the day of your session (Colchester office only).

If you ask a medical question, I am prone to get herb information for you. I may recommend vibrational essences during sessions that are preserved in alcohol.
