As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have assisted clients with many issues, including grief, depression, anxiety and stress.  As we work together, you will gain a clear understanding of your strengths.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Experiential Therapist. I have been in private practice since receiving my Master's from Texas Women's University. I have also worked as a therapist at Park Cities Counseling Center, The Family Place, The Dallas Suicide & Crisis Center, The American Cancer Society and Texas Christian University's Counseling Center.

In an atmosphere of acceptance, I strive to establish and maintain a trusting relationship to promote your growth and self-direction. 

I will not tell you how to live your life. Rather, I will help you make your own life decisions by sharing ideas in a caring, respectful relationship.

My clients are scheduled between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. I also take Saturday morning appointments.

Most of my fees are paid by your insurance, minus your copay or deductible. If you don't have insurance, I can negotiate a fee that works for both of us.
