The work I do is great for solving problems, moving forward on goals and having better relationships, but it’s really about creating your life and nurturing your soul. Life comes with no remote – you have to get up and change it yourself. I’m here to assist you with that – to help you get started and to support you along the way. If you’ve tried to make progress in some area of your life and haven’t been as successful as you’d like, it’s often because you are somehow standing in your own way. Once we address that, through shamanic work, coaching, or a combination of the two, you can then move on to not just reacting to what happens, but to actually being the creator of your life.

Laura trained as a life coach in Sonoma, California with Dave Ellis in the Falling Awake model, an ICF accredited program.

Sometimes the best way to move forward on a goal or tackle a problem is to temporarily by-pass your conscious mind and tap more directly into your deep inner knowing. Laura apprenticed with contemporary shaman, Robin Rice, and uses shamanic healing and energetic clearing techniques as a powerful adjunct to coaching.

Since 2007 she has donated her services to One to One ~ Women Coaching Women (www.onetoone.info), a national non-profit organization that offers six months of pro bono coaching to women who are emerging from challenging experiences and who cannot otherwise afford coaching.

Shamanic work allows us to go beyond the conscious mind to find what the soul desires and where it needs reassurance and healing. This kind of work puts you in contact with both your deep inner knowing and your spiritual allies, providing insight and a greater sense of wholeness.

Coaching helped me to create a life I love, but walking a shamanic path is what truly made it bloom. The two work well together and I continue to work with my own coach as well as a shamanic mentor so that I can benefit from the processes, keep my life going forward with intention and continue to grow and learn.

Coaching, shamanic work, energy work and mentoring are available in person or by phone. $75/hour for individual sessions. $250 for a package of 4 sessions. Sliding scale may be available.
