Fe is trained and accomplished in acupressure, lymphatic massage, chakra therapy as well as other techniques that increase your energy and feelings of well-being. She is also a Reiki master. Fe is a registered nurse who has specialized in stress management at the graduate advanced practice level, she is qualified to do life coaching, health education, crisis intervention and counseling.

If every cancer or every infection begins with a few cells, a healthy
immune system can manage the problem while it is minor. If we
allow our stress reactions to compromise our immune system,
the disease cells multiply and divide. Stress will never go away.
If we cannot calm the mind, we must calm the body. One will affect
the other.

Reiki/accupressure/lymphatic massage session--$80 for 90 minute session. She does charge for travel if done in outside her office.

Life Coaching or Counseling--$120 per initial session, $110 ongoing.

categories of fear and anger, e.g. anxiety, irritability, defensiveness,
intolerance. Thinking processes and skills can be learned to cope
with these issues. Fe's unique approach works with the
body/mind/spirit as a whole (a holistic approach).

Fe can tailor the sessions to fit your own personal needs or the
needs of managers or staff. Her focus is to get to the root of the
problems and decrease their effect on productivity.

Available for consultation and lifestyle/health assessments, Fe's
initial session is for reviewing your problems or issues, as well
as helping you define your body/mind health goals. She will
assist you in integrating complementary health practices with
any medical regime you are currently on. Individual wellness
programs can be developed. Treatment sessions can be done
on the first visit if needed. Fees depend on the length of time
needed per session and the complexity of service. Sessions
can run 30-120 minutes in length depending on the need and
availability. Also available for hospice/hospital visits.
