My name is Sharon Bolt and I have a practice in Crawley, West Sussex, which is conveniently located near a train station. I have worked in the complimentary field for six years, specialising in Kinesiology, NLP, Journey work, Reiki healing, Nutrition and massage. The therapies work on many different levels which include deep cleansing and cellular healing, trauma release, allergy testing and all physical symptoms from a bad back to skin problems to depression.

I first entered the complimentary field seven years ago when a mysterious virus attacked my spinal cord and left me in restricted pain and M.S. type symptoms in my lower body. It was at this time I believed there was a natural approach that could help my healing journey and found Kinesiology. I was so impressed with the therapy that I enrolled on the next course and completed 4 basic levels, the advanced level and massage. My health returned and over the next six years I achieved my Reiki 1, 2 and Masters Degree, sucessfully passed 'The Journey' accreditation course with Brandon Bays and 2 Dipolomas in NLP and Nutrition.

I believe my part in people's healing is creating a sacred space where they feel safe, loved and supported at all times. I listen deeply to what is spoken and open up to the abundant presence that is around us at all times. This is the place where miracles happen, not because of me, but by what I call 'Grace'.

I have done alot of self development work and inner cleansing and believe the clearer I am the more helpful I am to the people that come, and the more effortlessly my life works. I believe I work closely with the angels and am guided at all times.

Throughout 'my Journey' I have learned how the nine different ego types play out and how we all identify with them. This is very freeing and ables me to have compassion without judgement.

My private therapies are morning appointments, the first one starting at 8.00am and the last one at 11.45am. Times and fees are as follows;

Kinesiology - first consultation and treatment is £45 and lasts approx 1 hour. Follow up treatments are 1 hour and cost £40

Reiki healing - 1 hour treatments cost £33

NLP - 1 hour treatment cost £40

Massage - 1 hour treatment cost £33

The emotional or physical Journey - approx 2 hours cost £100

Reiki 1 - 2 day course - cost £90

Reiki 2 - 1 day course - cost £150

Masters Degree - 1 day course - cost £450

NLP and Nutrition workshops are day courses, from 9-5 and costs £75

I hold Reiki 1 and 2 attunement classes and Reiki Master courses. I also hold NLP, Nutrition and Freedom workshops enabling people to let go of fears and open up to their unlimited abundance and manifest their dreams.
