I am in the 26th year energy work. With music, I am in my 42nd year with years of training in piano and voice. I have sung in professional vocal ensembles locally. With the Crystal Bowls, I am a Master Crystal Bowl Player. I started playing the crystal bowls in 1999. In 2002, I started to hold regular crystal bowls meditations and continues to this day. I have traveled throughout the states doing crystal bowl meditations, and have traveled to different countries with the crystal bowls, including New Zealand. Whether it is energy therapy or crystal bowls, I very much enjoy the work I do. With my personal sessions, unless a specific modality is requested, I tailor each session to my awareness and understanding of what your body wants/needs, allowing my intuition and your body to guide the session. I tend to lean more toward the therapeutic modalities. With the energy work, I meld crystal healing with crystal bowl playing, although I will also use multiple forms of energy and sound healing. I do incorporate reflexology in most sessions, as well as work that assists the immune system.

I offer many different modalities of energy work.

In addition to the above, I teach crystal classes, teach people how to meditate and teach people how to play the crystal bowls. I hold regular crystal bowl meditations, generally once a week and often on Mondays.

My understanding and approach towards the body is one that is best served when viewing the body in its totality--mind, body, soul and spirit. I work with all four of these in mind, because my desire for each client is to bring that person to a better state of wellness and wholeness---to bring people to a new state of awareness, to a place of heart-centeredness.

I am a musician who will incorporate music specifically into a session for a client. I have produced some CDs - Piano and others, as well as crystal bowls. The Crystal Bowl Meditations/Sound Baths that are now scheduled.......

For March, I have six meditations scheduled. I appreciate all those who take the time and effort to attend, as well as those who listen to videos on You Tube.

Have two meditations out in the Louisville community. The first will be a Full Moon meditation on the 6th at the Goodall Gallery at 7pm. The Full Moon is technically on the 5th. The cost is $25. If you plan to attend, please contact Rhonda at rhonda@goodallgallery.com

The 2nd meditation in the community will be on the 27th at 5:30pm.
This meditation is at the Overlook off of Seminary Dr in the main
reception building. The cost for those who are not residents there
is $10.

know if you plan to attend. Those are scheduled for the 13th and 20th of February. Suggested Donation is $10.

I also offer an integrative class of breathing, Qi Gong, meditation and more. These classes are 2 1/2 hours long and cover Qi Gong, breathing technique, Kundalini yoga, mantras, meditation, and sometimes other exciting things too! The fee is $25 for these.

These are regulaly taking place.

I offer a good number of classes, ranging from energy work to body work to breath work and crystal bowl meditation classes, which lasts most or all of the day.

What I am presently focused on with my classes again is to do intensives, where we have a very focused time to create changes and shifts in the body. In this work, we will use Crystal Bowls and meditation, breathing exercises, Qi Gong and other physical movement exercises, awareness and more. I am presently offering shortened versions of this class on certain Thursdays. Please contact me for more information.

For my All Day Chakra Class with Crystal bowls, that covers the 7 main chakras. We will cover some of metaphysical information concerning each one. Each person attending will receive a symbol for each chakra, as well as handouts concerning each one.
The class will begin at 9am until 6pm. There will be a lunch break. We will have about 40 minutes of meditation on each chakra.
