The technique does not require clothes to be removed, nor does the client need to use any mental technique. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technqiue)is a form of psychological acupressre(no needles), easily learned and useful for reducing or eliminating many kinds of emotional and some phsyical distress. Rebirthing is a simple breathing technique that can reduce or relieve many kinds of emotional and some physical distress.

Henry Altenberg,MD is a Board-certified Adult and Child/Adolescent psychiatrist with 55 years of experience. trained in EFT since 1997. No private patients.
Jean Altenberg,RN is a Reiki Master/practitioner since 1980,who studied with John Harvey Gray, the longest practicing Reiki Master in the world. She is certified by Sondra Ray,RN in Rebirthing. Both Henry and Jean have co-facilitated cancer support groups and were trained by Bernie Siegel, MD.
They have counseled patients with a variety of medical problems in complementary/alternative modalities in an integrative manner.

Henry is available to teach EFT individually or in groups, and can travel to present workshops in EFT.He has presented EFT workshops several times at the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM) annual conferences in Hilton Head, SC.as well in community Adult Education classes. He is active in the Association for Comprehensove Energy Psychology.

Sessions and workshops by arrangement. EFT training individually for two hours is $75. Group rates vary, depending on size. Reiki sessions are $75 for 1-2 hours.Rebirthing sessions for 1-2 hours are $75.
