Description

STAR is an intensive 10-day retreat designed to stir a profound awakening that will bring healing and transformation. The length of the program and the supportive environment enables participants to focus completely on their own issues. This results in an unparalleled opportunity to get at core issues—free to do the kind of intensive work required to really heal and move on into a freer, happier, more joyous, and more present-focused existence.

No other similar program that we are aware of has such a rich staff-to-participant ratio—each staff member facilitates for no more than three participants. While there are opportunities each day to work with a range of facilitators throughout the process, every participant has a designated facilitator on the staff.

STAR is appropriate for a wide range of issues:

Personal Growth

Stress Reduction

Grief and Loss

Co-dependency

Addiction Recovery

Anger Management

Anxiety

Depression

Relationship Problems

Adult Attachment Disorder

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Profile and Credentials

Barbara R. Findeisen, M.F.T.

Philosophy and Comments

STAR is a uniquely complete in-depth approach to healing. Our experience has shown us that much of adult unhappiness, "stuck-ness," dysfunctional patterns, addictive behaviors, and spiritual crisis is rooted in negative messages and experiences of our early childhood. STAR seeks to identify and heal these wounds through a combination of highly effective therapies.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

STAR is offered four times per year. The 10-day workshop fee is $3,595. Scholarships and payment plans are available, as well as professional discounts and CEUs for licensed therapists.
