![]() 2007 Kundalini Meditation Intensive As is true for many individuals, my mind caused me much trouble; particularly as a youth. I had such little understanding of the inner state of the Self. As I entered into my early twenties this, all began to change as I started to channel. Every day I would have these reflections, these moments of the inner self, this experience of the inner self (consciousness) as I entered into deep trance day after day. Smaller than the smallest, greater than the greatest. This Self forever dwells in the hearts of all. A person freed from desire, with mind and senses purified. Beholds the glory of the self and is without sorrow." Upanishad Eighteen years ago, I received Shaktipat (Kundalini awakening) from my Guru. This experience, this blessing, this liberation, this auspicious inner awakening transformed my entire life. I truly can say that I experienced Shaktipat in every cell and fiber in my body that auspicious day. It was the first time of my life I felt liberated. Each individual experiences Shaktipat (Kundalini awakening) as unique as their own fingerprint. I have never shared my experience of that blessed day and I have decided that I will share this experience during this intensive. In the ancient scriptures of the East, Kundalini is revered as Shakti, the cosmic power, or divine conscious energy, which is responsible for the creation of the entire universe. In India, this Shakti is worshipped as the Goddess, the divine Mother of the universe. However, it is Her inner awakening that leads us to our true nature as pure consciousness. Most individuals have no idea of the vastness that exists inside themselves. Yoga Vasistha Being dyslexic makes one perceive, interpret, and process information differently than the rest of society. Most individuals process information quite literally as black or white, or process information linearly, but I do not. Imagine experiencing this liberated state of being. Now imagine needing to understand this state of liberation while being dyslexic. For some this would be tragic but for me it was a fruitful blessing. The blessing is that when one truly desires and seeks from a pure heart, one returns to the inner self. My first experience of the awakening of the Kundalini was not just a mental process. I experienced Kundalini as pure consciousness. I experienced her in every cell and fiber of my body. I can truly say with all my heart, that we have created one of the most unique and comprehensive intensives. It is rich with detailed understandings of the stages of Kundalini unfoldment and the mystical powers of the Kundalini. This intensive is filled with such detailed information that I would say it is eighteen years of experiences, seeking and studying. Having said that, the Kundalini is the very seed of pure consciousness. Even though she can liberate one’s mind, her powers are vastly superior to just the attainment of our mind. Her awakening, her liberation can awaken every cell and fiber in a human body. My intentions are to offer you the linear and spiritual understanding as described by those great beings that have gone before us. Meditation and chanting will be a predominant part of this intensive. The Kundalini Shakti within us is very pleased with chanting and meditation. Chanting does not only awaken your Kundalini and bring you spontaneous meditation, it will also fill you with peace! When a collective group desires and seeks from a pure heart, they return to the inner Self. It is my intention to provide you with the opportunity to experience the vastness within you, both as a group and individually. It is my fondest wish for you to experience Her Grace and sublime spiritual liberation. The Kundalini does not discriminate, so please, be assured that all individuals qualify in taking this intensive. The teachings in this intensive are from Bart Smit and Dr. Williams and are also gathered from the ancient eastern philosophies of the Indian Yogic texts of Vedanta and Kashmir Shaivism. They include teachings and poems from many poet-saints who tell of their meditation journeys. These texts describe the highest possible state of human consciousness and how to attain it. Many of these yogic scriptures are accounts of people who have gone before us into the inner realms and have come to Self-realization. They can remind us from where we have come and provide a map for our journey, illuminating our own true path.
