Chris practices, teaches and promotes reflexology. He is available for private sessions Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Tuesday evenings he has a Student Clinic where reflexology sessions with a student are available for a reduced fee.

Usui Reiki Ryoho is a system of relaxation from Japan that works to relieve tension and bring balance to Mind, Body and Spirit. It is most commonly applied with a light touch of the practitioner’s hands. A healing session covers all the major organs and energy centers of the body, stimulating the free flow of energy throughout the entire system. Reiki affects the subtle energy of matter known as “Ki” or Chi” inducing a positive emotional, mental and physical response. The same energy treatment can be sent at a distance to anywhere in the world. 
Dory Dzinski is a nationally certified Licensed Professional Counselor (CT) specializing in the areas of grief and loss, divorce, depression, confusion over direction in life, and connecting with life purpose. She has been an Usui and Karuna (TM) Reiki practitioner and trainer since 1998, and has taught at the Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences. She teaches many different classes based in spirituality around the state, including Manchester Community College and Mercy Center. Dory is the Editor/Publisher of The Door Opener magazine, a 22-year old publication focused on spirituality, holistic health, and metaphysics. She also facilitates a grief support group at her church, where she has served as both President and Vice President of her parish council. As an out-of-network provider, Dory will provide receipts for submission to insurance companies.

Chronic muscle and pain therapy using the Kolden Technique, Bowen Therapy, integrative neuromuscular, craniosacral, reflexology, and massage therapy. Treatments are directed at the cause of pain and are as relaxing as a full-body massage. Treatments are done with the clothes on. I do relaxing massages as well as muscle and pain therapy. Acpuncture, Stone massage and sports massage are offered by other therapists at the center.
Feldenkrais and Core Integration bodywork, muscular therapy, body-oriented psychotherapy designed to assess the entire bodymind complex, patterns, and habits, to introduce somatic change strategies through a personal body/mind mastery training, 60/100 hours designed to introduce and sustain body improvement, fitness, and wellbeing. As a movement therapist and personal trainer I work with Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, motor delays, pregnancy and postnatal care, strength training and nutrition. I measure your alignment, range of movement, and how you think about moving, and then find the keys to unlock any restrictions. This involves exercise, strectching, trigger point massage, and breaking up holding patterns and painful adhesions in order to improve function and restore well-being.
