Using gentle touch and verbal guidance, in an hour-long private lesson, we let go of unconscious habit and reconnect to our authentic selves. I specialize in applying the AT to childbirth and the performing arts, but people from all walks of life can benefit from Alexander lessons. Semi-private lessons and group classes also available.
