In clinic we address chronic health issues, be they physical, mental, emotional or spiritual at root. Our therapies are especially suited for chronic health challenges not fully resolved with western medicine, such such as insomnia, headaches, fibromyalgia, anxiety, joint pain, hypertension, hypothyroid, sciatica, prostrate, grief and fear/phobias, PMS, menopause, digestive and elimination issues, post-stroke and coma, autism, ADHD, and Asperger's syndrome.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

We empower clients' self-healing and awareness with private instruction of energy-based skills and techniques including traditional qigong movements, medical qigong movement therapy, qigong meditations, nutritional/herbal recommendations, self-acupressure, self-massage, and essential oils.

While some instruction may be provided in clinic, we also offer several private courses of instruction. "Health & Wellness" is a 20 week course, as is our "Balance Before Conception" course for women and couples. We also offer a 5-8 week course in "Prenatal Qigong for Deep Relaxation".

In addition to its family practice, Gentle Wind Healing also has a side focus on the "Birth Years". We support fertility/virility in clinic, and have a specialized qigong course for mothers/couples to balance for conception.

Our founder, Jane LaBelle, offers a variety of pregnancy services such as pregnancy massage, 39th week labor prep acupressure, meditation for labor, and Birth Doula services, as well as postpartum rebuilding, rebalancing, and infant tui na massage/parent instruction.
