Jaz Klinski LMP offers high quality Swedish and deep tissue therapeutic massage and energetic bodywork, specializing in health maintenance, stress reduction, pain relief, injury treatment, deep relaxation, supporting and revitalizing the innate healing function of the body-mind-spirit.
As a licensed massage therapist and trained energy healer, Jaz is able to work on a number of different levels to assist your healing process. The most accessible result of Swedish Massage is immediate relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deep sense of healthy inner peace. Chronic aches and pain, sore muscles, neck pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel, etc, are examples of some of the many physical conditions that are relieved by Swedish massage.
Jaz's style of Healing Massage is a unique blending of classic Swedish Massage informed and enhanced by years of energetic healing practice. Working from an energy-based frame of reference enhances and deepens the physical work, aligning the energy body with the physical body. From this place of alignment, healing can occur naturally, at a sustainable pace for the body-mind-spirit.
So, you can just relax and let the healing happen, without needing to interact much. Sometimes, that is truly all that we need. Other times, you might want or need to work a little harder to achieve the lasting inner revolution (!) that you may so deeply need. This is where a more interactive style of energetic healing and/or massage might be desired. Jaz will always respect where you are at, and will work with you to help you get where you want to go.

It is a blend of Reiki, Bioenergetics, Core Energetics, Barbara Brennan-style work with the human energy field, Castellino Pre and Peri-natal (birth) Psychology, Continuum Movement, and other modalities.
This unique combination of energy work can be helpful in many ways including: emotional healing, mental clarity, grounding, creating better boundaries, opening up blocked creativity or joy, confusion, anger, relationships, tension, insomnia, depression, relieving pain, healing trauma, past lives, --- and much more. This work requires a willingness and commitment to looking deeply and honestly at oneself, persevering until one can embrace the totality of the Self - Higher Self, Lower Self, and mask and defense systems. Obviously, this is not for everyone! Some of us, however, have benefited greatly, and found that there were no other paths to the self-understanding and heart-centered authenticity that worked as well as this one.
