Craniosacral Therapy (or CST) works with the system of the body comprised of the cranium, including its bones, membranes and connective tissue, and the spinal column down to the end of the coccyx. The sacrum is at the base of this body system, the cranium at the top (thus the term Cranial-Sacral). The ability of this system to function optimally is necessary for our health. The cerebro-spinal fluid must be free to circulate and bathe the cranio-sacral system with nutrients and energy. Other body systems can be addressed through the enhanced functioning of this system. A session involves lying fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a quiet room. Please note that though I am a fully trained Craniosacral Therapist, please understand that I am not a medical professional and will not make a diagnosis, nor promise to "cure" any specific illness. I am available for informational classes on craniosacral and touch therapies and hold workshops with small groups to discuss, study and develop personal healing abilities. I believe that everyone has the ability to transmit healing energy!

Yoga for Wellness offers classes to individuals and groups in the Viniyoga and Kripalu traditions. Yoga therapy is available to individuals who have specific health conditions. Breathwork, meditation, and asana (yoga postures) are offered and provide healing at many levels.
Since 1998, we have been providing professional yoga instruction with the belief that personal care and skilled instruction can make yoga beneficial for everyone. Our fully-equipped school is a warm, clean, and spare environment dedicated to the instruction and practice of Iyengar Yoga. We have small classes, committed teachers, and friendly students. Since our inception, we have provided a safe, supportive venue for beginners and advanced practitioners to explore the limits of their practice.
In Jacob & Whitney's Partner Yoga Workshop you will learn more than isolated poses. You will experience an actual method of non-verbal, physical communication between partners. The techniques they share lead you to a higher level of creativity and intuition. Thus, enabling partners to flow together from asana to asana with or without a preconceived order. This is truly the "dance of Yoga".
