My work is influenced by Neuromuscular, Traditional Thai Yoga/Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Polarity, Myofascial therapy, and Yoga. I have worked strictly in these disciplines and eclecticly integrated these disciplines to meet stated objectives, such as pain or tension. I often work structurally with a postural analysis to help determine imbalances in the fascia or soft tissue.

I studied herbs and acupuncture at this school.
