Geopathic stress can be a natural or a manmade radiation which rises up through the earth causing a dangerous form of environmental pollution. Electromagnetic frequencies vibrate the cells of the human body and assist or interfere with cell function and reproduction. Twenty four hours a day we are exposed to an electromagnetic bombardment from all kinds of appliances, computers, cell phones, fluorescent lighting, satellite dishes, transformers, power lines, cellular towers, etc. When people experience geopathic stress for a long period of time, especially working or sleeping over such zones, our immune system breaks down and harmful effects take place within the body. We have all heard of sick building syndrome. Some people in certain houses or workplaces are always ill. This is where feng shui comes into play inside our homes. We must include in our environment as much natural elements as possible. We lose about 50% of our oxygen indoors so keeping fresh flowers around will increase oxygen about 200%. Plants such as peace lilies and cactus are quite effective in protecting and absorbing EMF’s as well as quartz crystals.

Emotional Release for Spiritual Connectedness |

The nature of emotional release has evolved from its origin with William Reich's understanding of cellular memory to its present stage of being a pathway to the understanding of our psyches, our creativity, our relationships, and our connection to Self and Source. As you develop a relationship with yourself where there is a total commitment, there will be trust. Then you will not stand in your own way. Emotional release work of some kind is critical in this process. Until blocks have been cleared that prevent the flow of energy from moving freely through your body, you will continue to redraw patterns and recreate experiences that mirror the blocked energy held in the body and the subconscious mind. There are the real conditions of our existence, like making our rent and paying our bills, and dealing with the contingencies of life as each individual chooses to carve it out. At the same time, there's a certain pressure that comes up from all of the programming from our childhood and the reinforcement that we create through following habitual behavioral and emotional patterns, based upon what happened to us in childhood. One consistent belief we have about ourselves is that we can't have what we want, we're not good enough, or that we don't deserve. Shame is just one of the things that keeps people from feeling connected spiritually. Emotional freedom has to do with a person getting to a place where we trust the process of taking care of our physical, emotional and spiritual needs. This can be defined as spiritual connectedness. When there is a spiritual connectedness, connectedness in relationship comes easily.

Healing With Feelings |

Hurt is way of saying, feel me and heal me. Embrace me and love me. Tears are beautiful and should be allowed to be released. After a good cry we tend to feel lighter and freer if we actually allow the tears, otherwise for some crying can make us feel tight and horrible and we never want to go there. We don't feel safe and we judge it to be wrong because it doesn't feel good. If we were not meant to feel we wouldn't have feelings. If we were not meant to cry we wouldn't have tear ducts. Courage and self responsibility isn't just about how great you are in a job and how many friend you have it is about being vulnerable enough to be real and say "I feel this" not "you make me feel this" I would much rather cry and feel now than let it manifest again in my body. Yes that is right were do you think the feelings go if you don't feel them? Why do you think there is so much sickness, cancer, stress, and headaches. It isn't just the food it is our feelings and thoughts manifesting in our bodies trying to tell us to slow down stop and feel.

Chamomile is a particularly good choice for younger children whose insomnia may be related to gastrointestinal upset. Valerian root makes getting to sleep easier and increases deep sleep and dreaming. Kava Kava helps reduce anxiety and to bring about a feeling of well-being and contentment, and also helps to promote more restful sleep or restlessness. The essential oil of lavender contains many medicinal components, including perillyl alcohol, linalool, and geraniol. The oil is calming and thus can be helpful in some cases of insomnia. One study of elderly persons with sleeping troubles found that inhaling lavender oil was as effective as tranquilizers. Lavender is approved by the German government for people with insomnia.
