Accent Tattoo has over 48 years of professional experience. Hal the owner and founder of Accent Tattoo was the first licensed artist in the Tidewater Virginia area. Hal is a master tattoo artists with over 43 years of expereince alone. He has taught many this art of tattooing over the years, most have gone on their own advancing in their careers. Angel was apprenticed under Hal and now has a little over 5 years professional experience. Both pride themselves in giving they're customers a piece of art to be proud to carry on the body's.

Everyone that enter's our studio will be treated with respect and as an individual. You will not be a number or pushed through an assembly line here. We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure you are getting the exact tattoo that you have pictured.

Our Winter Hours are
Tues.-Fri. 2pm to 9pm (Last call 8pm)
Sat. 12pm to 9pm (Last call 8pm)
Sun. 12pm to 6pm (Last call 5:30pm)

Custom drawings will require a 20 dollar deposit holding your appointment, which goes towards the price of your tattoo. Consider it a small down payment.
