An Advanced Massage Therapy session is tailored to each individual. A massage may include one of more of the following healing techniques: Acupressure, Swedish Massage, including

Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral, Polarity Therapy and Reiki. I use an integrative approach to massage that maximizes the therapeutic benefits.

Many health problems such as neck and shoulder injuries, fibromyalgia, lower back pain, stress, anxiety, respond favorably

to massage and will improve. Often times the improvement can be felt immediately. Other times, especially with deeper body issues, progress is felt more gradually over time during a series of massage sessions.
