Philosophy and Comments
As life propels us to clear, cleanse and refill our body-minds with Light, we awaken to the energy Being within us. Through the consciousness of walking our bones on the planet to our dreams of peace, we can love in every moment. The harmony of moving around our spinal axis while singing along with Nature does give us the least amount of pain and the most flexibility.

Energy Sessions/Reiki Instruction
We can't feel better and sustain good health unless our energy flows unimpeded throughout our bodies.
The life force within me meets with the life force within you to open these channels of bioelectricity and boost their tidal flows through your body. Once your cells are nourished with increased circulation of blood, oxygen and electricity, your body heals better.
Each session: 1 1/2 hrs.
First session: $100
Each succeeding: $40

The Plants
Most times, we have to "take the medicine."
Flower essences are my favorite herbals.
I make them, I take them and I call upon the spirit
of the plant to enjoin our cause for wellness.
Tinctures and teas also offer soothing connection
to Mother Earth.
