A warm and charismatic teacher, Cindy Dollar is a certified Junior Iyengar Yoga instructor who has been helping people lead more balanced lives since 1985. You’ll find that her expertise is readily apparent and her enthusiasm for yoga, contagious. She is skilled in adapting the practice to people of a wide range of abilities and disabilities.Cindy teaches classes and offers private instruction in the Asheville area and leads workshops throughout the Southeast.

Voted “Best Yoga Teacher in Western North Carolina” three years in a row, Cindy encourages her students to work to their optimum level in a safe and loving atmosphere. She has traveled to India four times to study with B.K.S. and Geeta Iyengar and continues her studies with senior teachers in the U.S., including a week-long yoga retreat each year led by Patricia Walden.
