This includes Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, ViniYoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga and other styles. In addition to having training in the above styles of yoga, many of our teachers have extensive backgrounds in fitness training, competitive sports and massage therapy, bringing a high level of knowledge and experience of proper alignment and safety, which is essential for yoga as an exercise system in our Western world.

Because Evolution Yoga Studio also aspires to be a place of community, growth and higher yogic learning, we place high importance on workshops and continuing education for students and teachers.
